Bill Fletcher
President
Bill Fletcher started Sound Stage in 1983 as a live staging and production company. Our focus soon changed to the installation of integrated audio visual systems. Over the years, Sound Stage has expanded its expertise to the integration of all aspects of Lighting, Audio and Video conferencing and control systems integration.
Mr.Fletcher’s extensive knowledge of acoustics and sound system design allows Sound Stage the opportunity to provide essential services to our clients, such as system performance engineering and site evaluation by use of computer modeling of audio intelligibility.

Chet Neal
Vice President
Chet Neal joined Sound Stage in 2001. Mr. Neal began his career in 1989 at Walt Disney World’s Pleasure Island, as a sound technician. During his tenure there, he served in variety of technical and supervisory positions in the Entertainment Department. In 1998, he was appointed Stage Technician Manager as a part of the opening team for Disney’s New Animal Kingdom.
Mr. Neal’s desire to be more involved in AV systems design and installation brought him to Sound Stage, where we have greatly benefited from his experience in live performance technology, installation and project management. Mr. Neal’s current roll includes AV system design and operations director.

Joe Forbes
Systems Consultant
Joe Forbes brings to Sound Stage over 20 years of experience in system design, installation, servicing and sales of live sound, large scale distributed music systems, large screen video and data projection, audio and video conference systems as well as custom control systems.
In his current position, Mr. Forbes is responsible for account management, design and sales of audiovisual products and services He has received an AS Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology as well as a number of industry certifications.

Andrew McClelland
Project Manager
Andrew McClelland joined Sound Stage in 2004. Mr. McClelland is responsible for audio system commissioning and testing, project management, as well as audio and video conference system set up and programming.
Mr. McClelland is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida.

Ryan Fletcher
Systems Programmer
Ryan Fletcher joined The Sound Stage team in 2000 and is currently responsible for Control System design, programming and commissioning. Mr. Fletcher also assists in the set up and configuration of audio and video teleconference systems.
Mr. Fletcher holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and maintains several industry certifications.
